Oxygen/CDA Heated Catalyst Purifier - PS15
The PS15 Series MonoTorr gas purifiers are available for Oxygen and CDA (Clean Dry Air/Compressed Dry Air).
The purification process is a catalytic oxidation of reducing species, THC (Total Hydrocarbons), CO and H2. These impurities are converted to CO2 and H2O. If CO2 and H2O removal is required, then a purifier, such as the MicroTorr can be used after the PS15, to remove the CO2 and H2O that is generated by the PS15.
The PS15 series is designed for continuous uninterrupted operation, with no consumable components. Under normal use, there is no need to ever replace or regenerate the purification column, allowing for simple installation and operation.
The PS15 Series MonoTorr purifiers are ideally suited for Optical Fiber Manufacturing, Photolithography, and Mask Pattern Generation.
There are four models available:
- PS15-GC50 for 0-3 slpm
- PS15-MT3 for 0-10 slpm
- PS15-MT15 for 0-30 slpm
- PS15-MT50 for 0-100 slpm
Features

- Flow rates to 100 slpm. Higher flow rates availale upon request
- Removes all THC's (CH4 + NMHC)
