Cost Accountant

SAES Pure Gas, Inc. a world leader in semiconductor gas purification is seeking a hard working Cost Accountant to join our staff.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate standard cost (inventory values). Identify and report variance (purchase and production) sources to aid in improving accurate inventory reporting values. Responsibility for monthly reviewing and reporting profitability, by product line, through the gross margin Level. Review and establish sufficient inventory reserves for excess and obsolete material. Review and establish sufficient reserves for cycle count errors as required by auditors. Review cost and release new parts into the system as required. Review and report production labor utilization (labor efficiency). Support operations and productions groups as needed. Assist with annual budget process including estimating materials used.

Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Accounting / Finance required. Strong understanding of Standard Costing and MRP systems. Experience with QAD MRP software a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Work hours: 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm., Monday - Friday
