Assembly Technician Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3

Job Summary: The SAES Pure Gas group is seeking Assembly Technicians Level 1-3.

Responsibilities:
• Individual will assist in assembling components
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. if needed
• Keep organized and clean environment
• Follow written instructions
• Maintain high level of professionalism
• Must be able to read dial and Vernier calipers, tape measures, plus the ability to convert fractions to decimals
• Have knowledge of pipe fittings, compression fittings, point to point wiring
• Must be able to work from piping diagrams, schematics and verbal instructions

Required:
• Detail oriented and precise, must have a sense of quality and productivity
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have basic math skills and be an analytical thinker
• Must be able to work overtime during week, including Saturdays on a per needed basis
• Verbal ability to ask questions and to explain things clearly
• Must have good general knowledge of hand tools, wrenches, drill motors, taps/dies, metal saws, rivets
• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Education/Experience:
Manufacturing or equivalent experience. Previous mass production experience preferred.

Work Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Monday- Friday, some overtime available as required. Local Candidates Only. Position based in San Luis Obispo, CA
