Bypass/Piping Manifolds for MicroTorr Purifiers

• Dual Purifier Manifold

This manifold allows for parallel or bypass operation of two MicroTorr Purifiers. Parallel operation is flowing through both units at the same time. Bypass operation is flowing through one unit while the other unit is offline, in bypass mode. Inlet and outlet connections are both at the top of the assembly. Manifold includes a backing plate to easily mount the assembly. The final manifold will contain 8 valves total; 4 come with the Dual Purifier Manifold and 4 will come with the two MicroTorr Purifiers (ordered separately). The valves mounted to the Dual Purifier Manifold contain purge ports. This manifold allows the Purifiers to be removed with valves, therefore it must be ordered with Valves on Purifier (-V)

• 3 Valve Bypass Manifold

This manifold contains the necessary piping and valves to bypass a MicroTorr Purifier. This manifold does not contain a backing plate or purifier brackets. This manifold contains three valves. A MicroTorr Purifier is ordered separately and must be ordered without valves. The Purifier is removed without isolation valves.

• 5 Valve Bypass Manifold

This manifold contains the necessary piping and valves to bypass a MicroTorr Purifier. This manifold does not contain a backing plate or purifier brackets. The final assembly will contain 5 valves; 3 valves come with the bypass piping manifold and 2 valves come with the MicroTorr Purifier (ordered separately). The MicroTorr Purifier must be ordered with valves. The Purifier is removed with isolation valves.
