SAES Pure Gas Delivers Megatorr regenerable purifier to AIXTRON R&D Center
San Luis Obispo, CA, April 17, 2012- SAES Pure Gas Inc, the world leader and supplier of gas purification equipment, announced today the installation of MegaTorr Automatically regenerable purifiers to AIXTRON R&D facility in Aachen, Germany. The SAES Pure Gas MegaTorr gas purification units will purify Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen and Ammonia with a new redundancy concept that will allow both state-of-the-art gas purity performance and 100% uptime for consistent cost of ownership minimization.
