TECHNICAL WRITER

SAES Pure Gas, Inc., a world leader in semiconductor gas purification is seeking an experienced Technical Writer.

Responsibilities Include:


Write, enhance, maintain, and publish/release all controlled engineering documents from start to finish. This includes design drawings, technical publications, work instructions, specs, etc. for final approval. Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of all enhanced documentation. Organize all documents in electronic (on company intranet), and hard copy format. Translation of scientific and engineering documents into easy-to-read language (and vice versa). Tracking reports of ECR’s and ECN’s.


Preferred Education/Experience:


Associates degree in liberal arts (scientific focus desirable) with high level technical writing training. Advanced level in computer skills and programs (word processing, database, spreadsheet, etc.). Strong math skills (algebra, and geometry. Calculus preferred). Strong communication, documentation, proofreading, research, and organizational skills. Comprehension of analytic standard operating procedures training to translate functionality into documentation. MFGPRO and PC Software experience (preferred).
