MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

SAES Pure Gas, Inc., a world leader in semiconductor gas purification is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities Include:
Maintain all plant equipment, Coordinate outside services as needed, Install new equipment, Maintain facility supply levels, Maintain vehicle fleet, Direct basic housekeeping, Organize plant work spaces, Oversee utilities usage, Tenant interface as needed, Transportation coordination, Perform other duties as directed.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Minimum of 7 years in facilities maintenance Good math skills English literate Strong electrical skills Knowledge of construction techniques Working knowledge of motors, controls, pneumatics and hydraulics Knowledge of building and electrical codes Fabrication ability (welding, machining, sheet metal) Ability to multi-task
