FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
SAES Pure Gas, Inc., a world leader in semiconductor gas purification is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide customer and fellow Field Service Engineers support via the telephone, FAX and other communication media.
Document all telephone and on-site customer support.
Provide detailed verbal and written feedback to Engineering and Document Control.
Provide customer training.
Submit accurate and professional expense reports.
Travel to customer.s facilities as required.
Support special projects as required.
Promote and execute Preventative Maintenance Agreements.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Degree in electrical engineering, industrial technology, chemistry, or equivalent experience.
Understanding of electronic and mechanical systems.
Computer skills.
Strong communication skills, and problem solving abilities.
