COMMERCIAL CONTRACT ANALYST

SAES Pure Gas, Inc., a world leader in semiconductor gas purification is seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Analyst.

Responsibilities Include:
Reviews business contracts, and letters of credit. Ensure agreements are in SAES’s best interest and reputation. This includes analysis of all clauses, obligations, stipulations, and liabilities suited for SAES. Give suggestions to Commercial Manager when needed. Point of contact between customers and Engineering Department. Assist with providing quotations to customers. Schedule current commercial contracts with Engineering, Production, Sales & Service. Maintain and update production schedule based on lead time given to customer. Answer incoming sales calls and written inquiries for customer service sales needs. Learn and accurately utilize the Service and Support Module within MFGPro and enter sales orders and change orders into system. Create and update Customer Data Sheets. Assist in preparing price quotations, submitals and proposals.

Preferred Education/Experience:

BA degree in Business, or at least 5 years of specialized advanced training in contractual agreements. Education or certifications in Chemistry, Business Law, or Communications is preferred. At least one year of professional experience within Sales/Administration is a plus. Ensure that SAES' verbiage in contracts are reviewed & correctly construed or interpreted to avoid potential future legal complications. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in working within a MRP, MRPII systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, MFGPro, and other systems. Communicate well in both oral and written form. Compose professional business letters and emails.
